Warehouse Supervisor

Description

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the daily management of our warehouse. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating the work team, ensuring on-time delivery, providing excellent customer service, and guaranteeing smooth operational functioning. Responsibilities: \* Open and close workshop facilities. \* Supervise, coordinate, and assign team tasks. \* Monitor staff attendance and support payroll management. \* Serve customers at the counter, resolve inquiries, and handle incidents. \* Prepare estimates, work orders, and track repair progress. \* Source and manage procurement of spare parts and supplies through suppliers and online platforms. \* Coordinate vehicle repair processes, ensuring quality and adherence to established deadlines. \* Supervise inventory of spare parts and materials. \* Maintain workshop order, organization, and productivity. \* Collaborate with management to improve operational processes and customer service. Candidate profile: \* Prior experience in automotive workshop management or similar positions. \* Leadership ability and team management skills. \* Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure. \* Strong interpersonal skills with customers and suppliers. \* Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office, email, internet, and spare parts search). \* Responsible, proactive, and results-oriented individual.
