We value ideas, promote innovation, and believe the best solutions emerge from teamwork. **What will be your mission?** Lead a growing department responsible for developing industrialization projects for electromechanical equipment. The team—comprising five members—drives initiatives related to processes, methods, cycle times, continuous improvement, and production optimization. Our Autonomous Production Units are highly diverse and employ manufacturing methodologies including line production, U-shaped cells, and pulse-based manufacturing. Additionally, we operate a real-time plant data capture system that we continuously refine. This is a department with an end-to-end business-cycle perspective, participating from the proposal phase—integrating industrialization from its inception—through to final project delivery. **What will be your key challenges?** * Lead, inspire, and consolidate a high-performing team with people at its core. * Lead the industrialization of new products and projects, ensuring an efficient transition from Engineering to Production. * Design, optimize, and standardize manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency. * Define manufacturing routings, standard times, and work instructions. * Identify and implement production process improvements using continuous improvement methodologies and Lean Manufacturing. * Collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, Procurement, and Planning teams to ensure project success. * Analyze performance indicators and propose actions aimed at improving processes. * Participate in the implementation of new equipment, tools, and manufacturing technologies. **What are we looking for?** We seek to hire a professional with: * A degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. * Prior experience in industrialization, process engineering, or continuous improvement within industrial environments. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and process improvement methodologies. * Ability to analyze processes, solve problems, and lead cross-functional projects. * Experience working with ERP systems and data analysis tools. * Intermediate/advanced level of English (desirable). * A proactive, results-oriented individual with excellent communication and teamwork skills. **What do we offer?** * A strategic position with influence over the improvement of our production processes. * An environment where your proposals will be heard and can become tangible improvements. **Are you interested?** If you want to join a team committed to operational excellence and contribute to enhancing our industrial processes, **we want to meet you!** Apply directly—and if you know someone who might be a good fit for this opportunity, **please share it!**
