




Job Summary: We are seeking a Materials Engineer to manage MTO activities, handle Smart Materials, and resolve design issues for concession and engineering projects. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for someone like you to join our **\#RumboSacyr** and help us continue improving people's lives. **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** * Organize **MTO** activities, managing your own team to achieve established quality and delivery timeline objectives. * Use of **Smart Materials** software. * Consolidate and validate quantities obtained. * **Manage** and resolve issues with the **Smart 3D** design interface. * Prepare **tender and procurement orders** for piping materials. * Evaluate **technical proposals from bidders**. * Prepare **tabulations** of technical **offers**. * Track and review **technical documentation** for piping materials. * Monitor quantities throughout the project lifecycle, identifying and resolving duplicates and out-of-specification items. * Calculate pipe system wall thicknesses according to **ASME B31\.3 and B31\.8**. * Perform **vacuum calculations** for piping systems. * Develop **purchasing specifications** for piping materials. **We seek a candidate with the following requirements and competencies:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Materials Engineering** or equivalent.
