They will play a key role in OKR management, measuring product impact, and aligning with business objectives. ***Key Responsibilities*** * Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with corporate objectives. * Capture and demonstrate current and potential product value through OKRs and roadmaps. * Establish and maintain a value management system, with continuous tracking of data, OKRs, and metrics. * Lead monthly reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews, facilitating data-driven pivot or persevere decisions. * Ensure data quality, accuracy, and timeliness within the OKR system. * Secure continued investment in the product through performance evidence and future potential. * Generate metrics on product adoption and usage, building useful and actionable data platforms for customers. * Continuously communicate team and product achievements: newsletters, OKR updates, success stories, and testimonials. * Build strong relationships with stakeholders and deeply understand value generation across various Operating Companies. * Mentor and inspire direct and indirect teams. ***Conditions*** * Work modality: Hybrid (2 days onsite). * Location: Client’s offices in Viladecans (Barcelona). * Stable, high-impact project in an international environment. * Professional growth opportunities within NS Group.
