Access to cutting-edge technologies and room to propose improvements Fullstack Software Engineer – Energy Sector At SOLAY INGENIEROS, an energy-sector company, we continue evolving our digital platforms to support critical business processes. We are looking for a Fullstack Developer with experience in enterprise application development and curiosity about emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence applied to software development. About the Role You will join a technical team developing and maintaining key applications for the company. You will participate in the full software lifecycle—from design through deployment—with opportunities to progressively and practically explore and integrate AI-based solutions. Your Responsibilities Development and maintenance of fullstack applications for enterprise environments. Design and implementation of scalable backend APIs and services. Development of modern, user-centric web interfaces. Integration with corporate systems, databases, and external services. Participation in technical decision-making and continuous improvement of architecture. Collaboration with business, product, and operations teams. Exploration and gradual integration of AI-based solutions (automation, assistants, process enhancement). Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a fullstack developer. Strong knowledge of frontend technologies (React, Angular, or similar). Backend experience (Node.js, Python, Java, or others). Solid understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases. Experience working with REST APIs and service-oriented architectures. Knowledge of version control (Git) and collaborative workflows. Professional-level Spanish and technical English. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in the energy, utilities, or industrial sectors. Basic knowledge of or interest in applied Artificial Intelligence.
