This opportunity may be for you! We are looking for a junior profile for the Background Screening and Due Diligence team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting employment, academic, and reputational background checks; reviewing sanctions lists; and performing open-source intelligence (OSINT) research to support compliance and third-party risk management processes. **What are we looking for?** * English level **B2/C1 (mandatory and exclusive)** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online research * Strong analytical and research skills * High attention to detail * Organized, methodical, friendly, and team-oriented individual * Time management and organizational skills **Preferred qualifications:** * Knowledge of compliance, AML, or due diligence * Experience in open-source intelligence (OSINT) research * Experience in background screening or documentary verification **Your responsibilities:** * Preparing compliance-related reports * Regular phone calls in Spanish and English **What we offer:** * Permanent contract with a growing company * Very pleasant working environment * Private health insurance starting from the first year * Intensive working hours on Fridays (8:00–15:00) * Intensive working hours in August (8:00–15:00) * Company committed to work-life balance and respect for working hours * Company-funded training Annual salary: €21,000.00 (gross, paid in 12 installments) Location: Majadahonda, Madrid (preferred) 8-hour working day – Permanent contract (6-month probationary period) *The selected candidate will undergo a Background Screening process prior to joining.* Employment type: Full-time Salary: €20,000.00–€24,000.00 per year Benefits: * Summer intensive schedule * Friday intensive schedule * Training program * Private health insurance Work location: On-site employment
