Job Summary: We are seeking a DevOps engineer with deep knowledge of DevOps practices and principles, experience across multiple cloud platforms, and skills to guide teams and manage agile projects. Opportunity for professional growth We are recruiting a **DevOps** engineer to strengthen our Madrid team, with the possibility of working in a hybrid arrangement. **What We Are Looking For:** * Deep understanding of DevOps practices and principles, including Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD), Infrastructure as Code (IaC), test automation, and monitoring; * Although the primary focus is GCP, the architect must have experience across multiple cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, etc.); * Proficiency with continuous integration and deployment tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and Cloud Build; * Experience with tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation (for AWS), and Deployment Manager (for GCP); * Solid knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, including Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE); * Ability to implement monitoring and logging solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), and native GCP tools like Cloud Monitoring and Cloud Logging; * Capability to guide and mentor development and operations teams in adopting DevOps practices; * Experience managing projects using agile methodologies; * Exceptional communication skills to interact with client stakeholders, development teams, and operations teams; * Understanding of how to integrate security practices into the application development and deployment lifecycle (SDLC); * Fluency in English (mandatory), French (preferred). **What We Offer:** * Flexibility in work arrangements (hybrid); * Opportunity for professional growth within a growing company; * Collaborative and supportive work environment; * Competitive benefits package.
