Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Construction and Maintenance Coordinator to supervise and coordinate maintenance, renovation, and new construction works across our group's hotels in Spain and Portugal. DESCRIPTION Leonardo Hotels, the European division of Fattal Hotels, operates over 200 hotels across Europe, Great Britain, and Israel, and is continuously expanding. Responsibilities * Technical coordination of maintenance, renovation, and new construction works across group hotels. * Periodic site visits and supervision of ongoing works and projects in Spain and Portugal. * Inspection of facilities (HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, sanitation, etc.). * Preparation of technical documentation: specifications, budgets, reports, and schedules. * Coordination with suppliers, installers, and contractors. * Management and certification of installation teams (internal and external): pre-selection, training, and evaluation. * Supervision of technical execution of installations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines. * Identification and resolution of technical issues throughout all project phases. * Coordination with other departments (maintenance, operations, architecture, etc.) to ensure integrated execution. * Ongoing technical advisory support to local maintenance teams at hotels. Minimum Requirements: \- \-Industrial Technical Engineer or vocational industrial training, with practical knowledge of electrical and mechanical installations. * All types of installations in a hotel building. * Minimum 4 years’ experience in project management and construction management. * Experience in hotel construction projects is preferred but not mandatory. * Intermediate English proficiency is preferred but not mandatory. * Willingness to travel throughout Spain and Portugal. * Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, PRESTO, and Microsoft Project is preferred. * Residence in the Balearic Islands.
