We are currently seeking a Data Service Reference for the CREADE in Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid). Main responsibilities include: * Incident resolution; methodological support and technical monitoring. * Registration and monitoring of data stored in computer systems. * Generation and reporting of monitoring and technical evaluation reports. * Review, verification, and maintenance of data quality. * Support in using computer applications and assistance in making timely data corrections within those applications. * Monitoring and supervision of the CREADE Data Service. * Management of staff requests for access to web applications. * Coordination with the Digital Transformation Department. * Other actions foreseen for program implementation. Offer: Substitute contract. Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, 08:00–15:00. Salary: €26,284 gross per year. **Profile:** Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or University degree in the social field. Previous experience in data management, databases, data analysis, and report generation. Problem-solving ability, initiative, and teamwork skills. Communication and active listening skills.
