Microcomputer Technician (User Support)

Job Summary: We are seeking a Microcomputer Technician to provide user support for BPO and Contact Center services, managing end-user devices and applications. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive technical support for BPO and Contact Center users 2. Management of devices and users in Windows Active Directory 3. Configuration and management of Microsoft Office 365 **Description:** ---------------- We are Servinform! A service company with over 6,000 employees, supporting more than 1,500 companies in call center, back-office, marketing, document management, networking and telecommunications, IT, and social media services. We are currently expanding our team and require a **Microcomputer Technician**, responsible for user support across Servinform’s BPO and Contact Center services. * **Responsibilities:** * Management of devices and users within Windows Active Directory: OUs, GPOs, WSUS, etc. * Configuration and management of Microsoft Office 365. * Installation and management of standard end-user applications: antivirus, remote control, inventory, web browsers, email clients, VPN. * Use of ticketing and monitoring tools * **We Offer:** * Permanent contract * Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:00–17:00), with one afternoon shift rotation (14:00–22:00) every 4–5 weeks across the entire team. Weekend support is also rotated (once per month). * Annual gross salary: €18,000 (€1,500 gross/month) * Job location: Torrejón de Ardoz, Casablanca Industrial Park. Soto del Henares Renfe Station, 15 minutes from our facilities.
