Teamwork ability and attention to detail The company seeks a candidate with knowledge of the Spanish education system and experience in the comprehensive management of training programs, especially those linked to European standards and certifications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, planning, organizing, and supervising training activities, ensuring their alignment with European training frameworks and the organization's strategic objectives. The candidate must possess a high level of English, both spoken and written, enabling them to review technical documentation, communicate with national and international bodies, and coordinate European-scale training projects. Particular emphasis will be placed on the ability to evaluate and adapt European training programs, interpret quality criteria, and translate them into operational internal training plans. Additionally, the profile requires excellent communication skills, teamwork ability, and strong attention to detail. The selected candidate will manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain effective relationships across different departments, and ensure compliance with European quality standards and regulatory requirements across all training processes.
