That’s why we seek **inquisitive individuals**, those **motivated by challenges and eager to grow both personally and professionally**, who will join our team to make a **positive impact** on the world through technology. **ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE?** ------------------------ As a **Senior Developer / Oracle DBA**, you will join our Business Consulting unit, responsible for ensuring successful project execution and delivering value to clients. **WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY?** ------------------------------- **Development:** * Development and maintenance of client applications (Oracle, PL/SQL) * Maintenance and development of Oracle databases. * Oracle APEX development. * Database optimization. **Supervision and Work Quality:** * Review and ensure quality of analyses, reports, and deliverables produced by the team. * Implement and monitor quality control procedures to guarantee excellence in project execution. **WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** ------------------------- * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; preferably complemented by an MBA or postgraduate degree in a related discipline. * **Languages:** Advanced English proficiency. * **Experience:** 8 years of experience in similar roles: * **Competencies:** + Critical analysis and problem-solving: Ability to address complex problems and propose practical, data- and analysis-driven solutions. + Analytical tool proficiency: Familiarity with data analysis software such as Excel, Tableau, or SQL.
