




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant and telephone operator to manage calls, emails, appointments, schedules, budgets, reports, and document filing. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages telephone and electronic communications and organizes schedules. 2. Prepares basic budgets and reports and controls documentation. 3. Proficient in computer tools and ERP systems. We are looking for personnel to fill the position of administrative assistant and telephone operator in Arroyomolinos (Madrid). Main duties will include handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls and emails. The candidate will also be responsible for scheduling appointments, organizing calendars, and preparing basic budgets and reports. Additionally, the role involves archiving and controlling relevant documentation to ensure smooth departmental operations. Proficiency in computer tools and a strong willingness to learn enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems are required. A permanent contract is offered with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 09:00 to 18:30, and Fridays from 09:00 to 15:00\. Compensation will be determined according to the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
