Job Description
A workshop operator will join the team to perform product handling and packaging tasks in accordance with established hygiene, food safety, and quality protocols. This is a key position to ensure the final product reaches customers in optimal condition.
Requirements
* Qualification: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO)
* Preferred qualifications: REQUIREMENTS
Education: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) or equivalent. Additional training in food handling or food hygiene courses will be valued.
Experience: Prior experience in handling, packaging, or production tasks (experience in workshops, production lines, or similar settings will be considered favorably).

* Requirements: FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Product handling: Performing preparation, handling, and finishing tasks for products within the workshop, following production instructions, recipes, or technical specifications.
Packaging and labeling: Packaging products in various formats and presentations; correctly applying labels (best-before date, batch number, weight); verifying packaging integrity.
Quality control: Visual and sensory inspection of products to detect anomalies, as well as monitoring temperatures, dates, and proper batch traceability application.
Hygiene and organization: Cleaning and disinfecting the work area, machinery, and workshop tools to ensure compliance with food (or sanitary, depending on sector) hygiene regulations.
Equipment operation: Careful and responsible use of auxiliary workshop and packaging machinery (heat sealers, vacuum packers, scales, etc.).
Inventory and supply management: Reporting raw material consumption and monitoring finished product stock levels in the assigned area.
Regulatory compliance: Strict adherence to food safety standards, occupational risk prevention, and internal company protocols.
