You appear on camera, explain AI in a way that excites people, and simultaneously build brand and conversions—not as a spokesperson, but as a genuine personality. The challenge: We’re B2B, yet aim to build ourselves like a consumer brand. **What You’ll Do** ===================== * Regularly produce content for TikTok and Instagram: short, entertaining videos about AI, automation, and our products * Contribute ideas, co-develop formats, and understand what performs * Think brand and conversion together: you know great content delivers both * Collaborate closely with our Creative Strategist **Who We’re Looking For** ================== * You feel genuinely comfortable on camera—and are truly entertaining * You’re genuinely excited about AI and the entire space, not just superficially interested * Native-level German + strong English skills. **What We Offer** ================== * Competitive salary: €65,000–€90,000 * Equity—you help build it, so you should own a piece of it. * Food & drinks—at our Vienna office, lunch and dinner are on us (plus all the drinks your heart desires—and yes, we also have protein bars and vitamins). * Equipment of your choice—whatever makes you happy. * Regular team offsites. **Application Process** ===================== * 15-minute introductory call * 30-minute skills interview * 20-minute culture-fit interview with the founders Compensation Range: €65K – €90K
