The selected candidate will join the Repair and Spare Parts Operations area, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams involved in technical support, order management, and incident coordination. This department plays a key role in ensuring operational continuity for railway projects, guaranteeing traceability and tracking of components and technical services.
Training Objectives
During the internship, students will have the opportunity to develop knowledge and competencies related to industrial management and technical support in the railway sector. Key training objectives include:
* Learning how repair and spare parts supply processes operate within a railway industrial environment.
* Developing skills in managing and tracking orders for products and services.
* Familiarizing with document management tools and internal enterprise information systems.
* Gaining experience in organizing and archiving technical and administrative information.
* Learning how to identify incidents and collaborate in escalating them to specialized teams such as engineering, procurement, or technical support.
* Enhancing communication and collaboration skills with various organizational departments and customers.
