This work entails continuously identifying improvement opportunities to enhance overall process efficiency and reduce operational incidents, thereby contributing to smoother and more reliable operations. Finally, the position includes conducting operational field audits through periodic ride-alongs with drivers during their routes. This activity enables on-site verification of proper delivery process execution and compliance with established protocols, including goods handling procedures. Observing and analyzing real-time operational times in the field is critical for identifying improvements in work methods and documenting best practices, culminating in the preparation of detailed audit reports and follow-up on agreed corrective actions. Previous experience in logistics, transportation, distribution, process control, or operations is required. Proficiency in computer tools—especially Excel—is essential. The candidate must be capable of working with data, performance indicators, and operational monitoring tools. Specific experience in route tracking, time control, or operational management will be considered a strong advantage. A valid Class B driving license is mandatory, along with availability to conduct ride-alongs during working hours. A university-level education is required, preferably in fields related to logistics administration.
