




Job Summary: We are looking for an N2 Technician – CAU Support to provide advanced support for critical corporate environments, resolving complex incidents and improving systems. We are seeking an **N2 Technician – CAU Support** to provide advanced support for critical corporate environments and become a key member of the support team. **What will you do in this role?** Advanced support and incident resolution * Resolve **complex incidents** escalated from Level 1\. * Manage issues across **critical infrastructure, systems, and applications**. * Analyze the **root cause (RCA)** of recurring incidents and propose improvements. Systems, networks, and services * Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** of systems and services. * Carry out planned **updates, deployments, and configuration changes**. * Provide network, connectivity, VPN, printing, and corporate service support. * Security and best practices * Collaborate with the security team on access policies and protection measures. * Document technical procedures and keep the **knowledge base** up to date. Continuous improvement * Support the Supervisor in identifying **trends, risks, and optimization opportunities**. * Actively collaborate with other support levels and technical departments. **What do we expect from you?** Required Education * Higher Vocational Training Cycle in IT or equivalent. * Disability certificate indicating disability greater than 33%. What knowledge are we looking for? Systems and Microsoft environment **Azure Administration is mandatory** * Administration of **Windows Server** and corporate environments. * Advanced management of **Microsoft 365**: * Exchange Online * OneDrive * Teams * Security policies * **Active Directory**: users, groups, permissions, and GPOs. * Infrastructure and networks * Virtualization: **VMware / Hyper\-V**. * Networks: **TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, network printing**.
