During this experience, you will have the opportunity to actively participate in the end-to-end management of training projects, developing key competencies in organization, coordination, and administrative management within a dynamic and collaborative environment. **Management of subsidized training** Support in billing subsidized training, including invoice claims from providers and group closure on the FUNDAE platform (formerly GIFT). **Coordination of training calls** Logistical support in organizing training activities, particularly in managing attendance and adapting to digital signature tools. **Management of training projects** Collaboration on strategic training projects such as Service Culture, Onboarding, Food \& Beverage programs, Bridge, and internal trainer development, among others. **Optimization of training content** Participation in reviewing and improving training materials (manuals, playbooks, online microlearning modules), ensuring quality and alignment with learning objectives. **Planning and coordination with hotels** Organization and finalization of training calendars with Meliá and Innside brand hotels (over 150 establishments), ensuring proper planning. **e-learning platform management (eMeliá)** Uploading, configuring, and testing courses on the internal platform to ensure an optimal user experience. **Planning of recurrent training** Design and organization of office software training calendars, managing dates and sessions. **Support for the Language School** Resolution of incidents and administrative support to ensure smooth delivery of training. **What will you gain from this experience?** * A global perspective on training management within a large corporation * Development of organizational and communication skills * Hands-on experience in real corporate learning projects * Teamwork in an international and dynamic environment **At Meliá, everyone is VIP** *At Meliá Hotels International, we champion* ***equal opportunities*** *for* ***women and men*** *in the workplace, supported by leadership commitment and aligned with our Human Resources policies.
