Key Responsibilities: * Maintain a safe and secure environment for our customers and staff. * Monitor and control club access to ensure compliance with legal regulations and our internal security policies. * Respond to emergency situations and provide assistance as required. * Communicate effectively with customers, staff, and authorities. * Resolve conflicts and de-escalate tense situations. Qualifications: * Access Controller license issued by the Illes Balears. * Prior security experience, preferably in the nighttime entertainment or hospitality industry. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Fluency in English and Spanish to interact effectively with our diverse clientele. * Strong ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. * Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. * High attention to detail and concentration to notice everything. * Knowledge of psychology or behavioral sciences is a plus.
