At Estel, experts in comprehensive installations for the high-end hotel and residential sector, we are looking to hire a **Plumbing Supervisor (SAT)** to lead our plumbing team in Palma de Mallorca. **What will be your mission?** Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair work on plumbing installations, lead the team, and ensure service quality, deadlines, and safety. **What will you be involved in?** * Daily planning and coordination of the plumbing team. * Technical supervision of maintenance, breakdown, and repair work at client sites. * Quality control of interventions and adherence to deadlines. * Management of materials and spare parts required for each intervention. * Resolution of complex technical incidents and direct on-site support to the team. * Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations (PRL) in all interventions. * Coordination with the maintenance department and clients. **What are we looking for?** * Training in plumbing, installations, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in plumbing, including team leadership experience. * Valid installer’s license. * Class B driver’s license. * Residence in Mallorca (mandatory). **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract. * Integration into an established team working on high-end projects in the hotel and residential sectors. * Professional development opportunities within the company. * Integration into a multidisciplinary team.
