We are looking for a **Senior People Operations Specialist** with an open\-minded personality who can join our friendly environment and become a core contributor to our team of experts. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate with the Onboarding and/or Admin team * Collaborate in maintaining local labor law knowledge * Prepare administrative documents, such as addendums, agreements, and similar materials * Communicate and coordinate documentation and information with the payroll company (gestoría) * Ensure all paperwork is up\-to\-date in relation to payroll, taxation, authorities, and bureaucracy requirements * Resolve any employee questions and concerns, primarily related to contractual matters, payroll, and work permit paperwork * Develop, implement, manage, and continuously improve HR processes and practices. Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, driving positive change * Review and enhance employment\-related local policies and procedures to ensure relevance, effectiveness, and compliance. Ensure proper documentation is maintained * Prepare paperwork for offboarding * Ensure compliance with client requirements and the associated paperwork * Assist with administrative tasks related to HR or other departments as needed * Build close and trusted relationships with all stakeholders **Requirements** * At least 4 years of relevant experience or knowledge, including administrative documents, payroll, leave administration, relocation, mobility, or other People Operations roles * Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) – Spanish University Degree in Relaciones Laborales preferred, or high\-level professional education (FP2\) * High level of proficiency in English and Spanish (speaking and writing) * Proven experience in People Operations tasks, including but not limited to onboarding, adaptation, benefits, employee engagement, background checks, exits, employee record management, local labor laws, compensation\-related aspects, employee relations, and compliance * Experience managing HRIS systems and data analysis tools, as well as familiarity with employee engagement technologies * Ability to work independently and effectively without supervision * Ability to effectively support People Partners, identify risks, escalate issues, and propose risk mitigation strategies * Dynamic and proactive personality, willing to take on diverse tasks and collaborate with other departments * Strong organizational and administrative skills * Excellent people skills and a collaborative attitude * Fully proficient in all Microsoft Office programs (including Word, Excel, Outlook); competent user of the internet * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with people at all levels * Entrepreneurial spirit, with a willingness to contribute innovative ideas * Flexible and agile, with the ability to adapt to a changing environment * Discretion when supporting activities and handling sensitive data **Nice to have** * Experience working in the technology sector or a similar, progressive industry * Experience working in a multi\-national and multi\-cultural environment **We offer** * Private health insurance * EPAM Employees Stock Purchase Plan * 100% paid sick leave * Referral Program * Professional certification * Language courses EPAM is a leading digital transformation services and product engineering company with 61,700\+ EPAMers in 55\+ countries and regions.
