We are looking to hire a Junior BMS Programming Technician to join our automation and control department, collaborating on the development, integration, and commissioning of intelligent building management systems. If you have recently completed your technical education and wish to grow within the fields of automation, installation integration, and control systems, this is your opportunity to develop alongside a specialized technical team and participate in high-level international projects. #### **What will you do at Estel?** * Support in BMS programming and configuration. * Integration of MEP system signals: HVAC, electrical, fire alarm (PCI), and special systems. * Collaboration in functional testing and commissioning of installations. * Technical support in resolving incidents and adjusting programming. * Preparation and updating of technical documentation. * Coordination with engineering, production, and site teams. * Support in technical monitoring of automation and control projects. #### **Requirements** * Recently completed technical education: + Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) or Engineering degree related to automation, electricity, electronics, telecommunications, or industrial systems. * Basic knowledge of automation and control. * Familiarity with protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, or KNX is desirable. * Basic proficiency with computer tools and technical software. * Basic/intermediate level of technical English. * Ability to learn quickly, initiative, and teamwork skills. * Willingness to travel occasionally to construction sites. * A disability certificate of 33% or higher (in accordance with current regulations) is desirable. #### **What do we offer?** * Involvement in international and highly technically complex projects. * Continuous training in BMS systems and automation. * Professional development within the engineering and control department. * Mentorship and learning alongside senior technicians. * A positive work environment and opportunities for internal growth. * Participation in innovative projects within the comprehensive installations sector.
