At W2M, we work to make every travel experience attractive, safe, and efficient—always putting people first and maintaining a strong commitment to sustainability. ***Your Mission*** To serve as the primary point of contact for managing the assigned hotel portfolio, ensuring proper monitoring of commercial agreements and operational excellence while acting as the key liaison between hotels and W2M’s internal teams. ***What Will You Do Daily?*** * Monitor and track active offers within the assigned hotel portfolio. * Analyze established agreements to ensure proper compliance. * Review hotel availability and manage necessary updates. * Coordinate and execute reconciliations and administrative tasks related to contracts. * Maintain smooth and consistent communication with destination hotels. * Act as the liaison between hotels and various internal departments. * Identify operational issues and propose results-oriented solutions. * Monitor operational performance to ensure the success of active offers. **Requirements:** --------------- ***What Do We Need From You?*** **Mandatory:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the tourism sector. * Proactive problem-solving ability. * Results orientation and attention to detail. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * High-level Spanish and English, both written and spoken. **Desirable:** * Prior experience in tour operations or hotel contract management. * Knowledge of destination hotel operations. * Ability to analyze and monitor operational KPIs. ***What Do We Offer?*** Being a **W2M·People** member comes with advantages, because our team’s well-being is our top priority.
