Your primary role within the company will be to organize and oversee all activities and resources of the Bar/Restaurant department, aiming to optimize internal process management within the department and team performance, while ensuring service quality and food safety at all times — ultimately benefiting and satisfying guests. This vacancy is for our Insotel Punta Prima Resort & Spa 5*. Your main responsibilities will include: * Competently performing control and supervision duties within your area of responsibility and carrying out tasks visible to guests. * Planning activities and monitoring results. * Managing procurement for the Restaurant/Bar department. * Responsible for preparing and decorating restaurant dining rooms and tables. * Assisting with guest reception, seating, and farewell. * Providing guest service during service delivery. * In return for your commitment, we offer: * Excellent work environment. * Competitive salary * Stable position (summer season) with real opportunities for professional development. * Qualification: Vocational Training in Hospitality (preferred) * Experience: AT LEAST 1 YEAR performing Section Manager duties; 4 YEARS as a waiter/waitress * Intermediate English level (B2) is desirable; additional languages (e.g., German, Italian…) are considered an advantage. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
