The main responsibilities include: \- Coordinating the kitchen station or section under their responsibility. \- Supporting, monitoring, and implementing the Head Chef's requirements. \- Preparing dishes from their station and supervising their finishing and presentation. \- Supervising cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area assigned to their station and ensuring tools and facilities are in perfect condition. \- Coordinating the work of staff under their supervision, allocating tasks according to workload; collaborating in staff training. \- Participating in inventory control, storage, and preservation of goods. ### **Requirements** \- Professional culinary education. \- Experience in gastronomic restaurants and catering services. \- Proactivity, dynamism, leadership. \- Willingness to reside abroad. \- Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, results-oriented.
