The main objective will be to contact current and potential customers in order to inform them about our services, promoting their loyalty through personalized service without direct sales and administrative tasks. ☎■ **Responsibilities** * Make informative calls to customers and potential customers. * Maintain and update the contact database. * Resolve inquiries and provide clear, friendly information. * Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams. * In-person customer service at physical office ■ **Requirements** * Residence in **Fuente Álamo** or surrounding areas. * Intermediate or higher level of English. * Strong communication skills and empathy. * Proactive, responsible, and service-oriented attitude. * Prior experience in telephone customer service is valued (but not mandatory). ■ **We Offer** * Part-time contract (**20 hours per week**), with the possibility of increasing hours over time, depending on workload and mutual interest. * Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. * Initial training provided by the company. * Positive work environment and opportunities for internal growth.
