We are constantly seeking passionate, talented individuals who share our values and wish to join this exciting journey. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support in planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, metasearch engines, retargeting). * Monitoring campaign performance by market and channel. * Analysis of performance KPIs (conversion, CPA, ROI, etc.). * Identification of deviations from targets and proposal of corrective actions. * Leveraging data to continuously improve campaigns and support decision-making. * Managing and implementing tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM). * Ensuring accurate measurement of events and conversions (GA4, Eulerian, etc.). * Preparing clear, structured, and actionable reports on results. * Translating data into business insights. * Applying artificial intelligence solutions. * Coordinating with internal marketing, product, and data teams. * Providing technical and analytical support in executing digital campaigns. **What Will Make You Successful?** * Prior experience in performance marketing campaigns. * Proficiency in managing campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads. * Solid understanding of performance KPIs (conversion, CPA, ROI, etc.). * Organized, methodical, and data-analysis-oriented profile. * Expertise in Google Tag Manager (GTM). * Advanced knowledge of data analysis and application. * Fluent English and Spanish. **CONDITIONS** * Indefinite-term contract. * Flexible working hours, Monday to Friday. * Workplace at our headquarters in Llucmajor (Mallorca). * Airline tickets with our company and partner airlines for travel to all our destinations with family and friends. **DIVERSITY, EQUITY AND INCLUSION** We are committed to environmental and social sustainability.
