Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager in heavy machinery to lead a team, carry out repairs, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and coordinate the technical team in heavy machinery repairs 2. Apply specialized technical knowledge in maintenance and repairs 3. Ensure compliance with deadlines and safety and environmental regulations We require a Workshop Manager with experience in heavy machinery for a client located in Mallorca. Your main responsibilities will include carrying out repairs and maintaining machinery, applying your specialized technical knowledge. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating the team of technicians, assigning tasks and providing support. You will also actively participate in repairs and ensure that work meets quality standards. Scheduling and supervising repair progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines, will be essential. Additionally, you must ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations in the workshop.
