We offer a carefully curated menu where every dish matters and every detail counts. What You’ll Do: * Assist in food preparation (mise en place, cutting, sauces, garnishes, etc.). * Plate dishes and support kitchen service (especially tacos and other Mexican specialties). * Maintain order and cleanliness in the kitchen. * Perform basic inventory control and food storage management.
