**We are looking to hire two Pádel Coaches \- Junior Program to strengthen our team.** Your mission will be to deliver and supervise padel training sessions for children and young people, ensuring a safe, motivating, and educational environment that supports their technical, tactical, physical, and personal development. **What will you do upon joining the team?** * Teach the technical and tactical fundamentals of padel, adapted to students’ age and skill level. * Monitor students’ athletic development and provide continuous feedback on their progress. * Promote sports values associated with RNA. * Maintain open communication with families when necessary to report on students’ progress and participation. * Participate in technical meetings and internal training sessions organized by the school. **What do we value for this position?** * Official padel coaching qualification or equivalent recognized certification. * Prior experience working with children and youth in sports schools or initiation programs. * Knowledge of age-appropriate teaching methodologies and ability to engage groups. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, families, and colleagues. * Organizational, planning, and group management capabilities. * Experience in sporting events and schedule flexibility are advantageous. **What do we offer?** * Immediate hiring. * Permanent employment contract. * Full-time \- afternoon shift.
