Leadership and teamwork Catalonia Hotels & Resorts is looking for a Second Kitchen Manager to join the kitchen team at our MAJORICA hotel, located in the heart of Palma de Mallorca city. **Main responsibilities include:** * Coordinate the kitchen station or section under your responsibility. * Support, monitor, and implement the Head Chef's requirements. * Prepare dishes for your station and supervise their finishing and presentation. * Supervise cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area assigned to your station, ensuring tools and facilities are in perfect condition. * Coordinate the work of staff under your supervision, assigning tasks according to workload. * Assist in training staff under your supervision. * Participate in inventory control, storage, and preservation of goods. REQUIREMENTS * Professional culinary education. * Experience in gourmet restaurants and catering services. * Proactivity, dynamism, and leadership. * Willingness to reside abroad. * Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, and results-oriented mindset.
