The **Line Operator** plays a crucial role in ensuring production goals are met while maintaining quality standards. This position involves assembling electronic boards, programming firmware into microcontrollers, preparing computer platforms for devices in production, and assembling final devices or necessary components, including electronic, mechanical, computing, and pneumatic parts. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage daily operations of the assigned production line, including execution of work orders. * Operate within a low-to-medium volume production environment. * Ensure the team meets production schedules and deadlines. * Train new team members. * Maintain accurate records of production data, including output volume, materials used, and any deviations from standard processes. * Participate in continuous improvement strategies to optimize production efficiency and safety. * Follow strict safety regulations and company standards. * Provide support to other manufacturing line personnel. Job requirements **Minimum Requirements**: * At least 5 years of experience in development or manufacturing. * Advanced software proficiency and basic knowledge of pneumatics and electronics. * Experience following manufacturing processes based on quality management systems, standards, or similar frameworks. * Strong soldering and repair skills for SMD and THT electronic boards. * Native-level Spanish proficiency. **Desired Requirements:** * Experience in manufacturing or developing medical devices. * Experience in device design and development. * Valid driver's license and ability to drive safely while complying with traffic regulations. **Competencies and Skills:** * Manual dexterity for final product assembly, primarily involving pneumatic, electronic tasks, and software and firmware loading onto devices. * Organized, disciplined, methodical, and consistent profile. * Excellent planning and organizational skills. * Strong teamwork and communication abilities. **Why join Noxtec:** At Noxtec, we combine over 100 years of Nippon Gases' expertise in medical gas production with Noxtec Development’s innovation in high-tech devices.
