We are seeking to recruit trainee technicians to participate in BAE guidance and training sessions with unemployed individuals. Responsibilities Your Mission As a trainee BAE Technician, you will collaborate in the planning, facilitation, and delivery of activities related to active job search, including conducting sessions using Virtual Reality (VR) headsets and assessments to guide individuals seeking employment. Your involvement will be key to delivering a useful, motivating, and personalized experience for center users. Main Responsibilities * Support in organizing and facilitating practical active job search sessions. (Using VR headsets and tablets to administer assessments) * Accompany participants during activity implementation. * Collaborate in designing and implementing employability strategies tailored to individual profiles. * Coordinate with other technicians and educational staff involved in the project. * Support participant recruitment and mobilization for center activities through outreach initiatives and direct contact with the target audience. Requirements * Minimum qualification: High school diploma. * Specialized training in internet navigation, online networks, and job/training search engines (minimum 150 hours). * One year of experience—or completion of 10 courses/workshops—supporting groups of job seekers. * One year of professional experience—or completion of 10 courses/workshops—in group-based active job search support delivered via internet navigation and digital tools, including online networks, job search engines, competency assessment websites, and links to general job portals. * Professional experience of over one year using VR/AI applications with job seekers in career guidance contexts.
