Analyze and assess new platforms and opportunities to **improve lead acquisition and retention.** As well as contribute creative ideas to **enhance the team's digital marketing strategy.** * **Develop and optimize lead nurturing workflows** (Paid, Direct Web, Catalog). * **Create and execute automated emails, sequences, and A/B tests.** * **Analyze results and suggest continuous improvements** in **conversion.** * **Manage and segment** **lead** databases. * Test **new lead qualification strategies** (email, calls, remarketing). * **Evaluate** the need to implement **other automation tools** (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign). * Explore and support **co-branding and affiliate projects.** * Provide **marketing team support** in activities and reporting. *Are you ready to join eggo?* REQUIREMENTS **1-2 years of experience in digital marketing**, focused on **CRM**, **email marketing**, and **lead nurturing**. * Knowledge of **workflow automation** in **Odoo**, **HubSpot, or similar platforms.** * Ability to **analyze and use metrics** (open rates, CTR, conversion, ROI). * Understanding of **A/B testing and campaign optimization****.** * **Proactive**, **curious, and results-oriented** profile. * Intermediate level of **English or French** will be valued.
