We are seeking a workshop receptionist who will interact directly with customers, manage spare parts, and perform other related duties. Your main responsibilities will include: · With customers: vehicle reception, providing quotes, scheduling appointments, tracking quotations, answering calls, sales, and invoicing. · With suppliers: ordering spare parts, managing consumable stock, comparing quotes, platform management. · With the workshop: supplying spare parts to mechanics. Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, or from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM, with alternate Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
