Job Summary: We are seeking support staff for construction sites and renovation projects, assisting with construction tasks, material preparation, and maintaining the workplace environment. Key Highlights: 1. Indefinite full-time employment contract. 2. Daily support work on construction sites and renovation projects. 3. Mandatory occupational health and safety training. We are looking for personnel to provide support on construction and renovation projects located in Collado Villalba. Daily duties include assisting with construction tasks, preparing materials, and performing general maintenance of the workplace environment, always ensuring orderliness and proper execution of assigned tasks each day. To perform this role, it is essential to hold a valid driver's license and have completed the 20-hour occupational health and safety training specific to construction work. An indefinite full-time employment contract is offered. Working hours are scheduled from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 17:00, conforming to the standard split-shift schedule in this sector. Financial compensation will comply with the current collective bargaining agreement applicable to this professional category.
