If you are a technology enthusiast, excellence-oriented, and eager to contribute to innovative, high-impact projects, we want to meet you. ***\> What do we offer?*** * Professional development opportunities and continuous training. * Flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance. * Flexible compensation and benefits focused on your mental and emotional well-being. * Ongoing training in key procedures and technologies. * A collaborative and innovative work environment within a leading IT solutions company. * Work mode: Hybrid, at the client’s premises (El Escorial, Madrid); full-time presence required during the first month, followed by occasional on-site attendance as needed. ***\> Responsibilities:*** * Plan, design, implement, and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for systems and microservices. * Manage container orchestration infrastructure based on Kubernetes and OpenShift, ensuring availability, scalability, and high reliability across development, testing, and production environments. * Automate build, test, deployment, and monitoring processes aligned with Métrica v3 and agile methodologies used in the project. * Coordinate integration with version control systems, artifact management tools, and automation platforms (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Maven). * Oversee the management and configuration of cloud and on-premise environments supporting microservices and system modules, applying security policies and practices per the National Security Scheme (Esquema Nacional de Seguridad). * Collaborate closely with backend, frontend, QA, and architecture teams to ensure software delivery quality, security, and efficiency. * Define and implement configuration management, infrastructure-as-code (IaC), and continuous monitoring policies using visualization and alerting tools (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Grafana). * Participate in code reviews, security audits, and incident management related to infrastructure and CI/CD processes. * Manage, automate, and monitor the full code promotion and deployment lifecycle across environments (dev, QA, pre-production, production), ensuring system integrity, traceability, and availability at each stage. * Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines including compilation, automated testing, validations, and automated deployments with rollback capability. * Monitor deployments and manage incidents arising from releases, proposing continuous process improvements. **Requirements:** --------------- * University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related technical fields. MECES Level 2 or higher. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in DevOps and CI/CD roles within complex or mission-critical projects, preferably in public administration or security contexts. * Advanced expertise in container orchestration and management using Kubernetes and OpenShift. * Knowledge and hands-on experience automating CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, Ansible, Helm, or equivalent tools; integration with version control systems (Git) and dependency management (Maven). * Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and automating deployments in hybrid environments (cloud and on-premise). * Ability to implement secure deployment strategies, including progressive rollouts, canary releases, blue-green deployments, and rollback mechanisms. * Scripting skills (Bash, Python, Groovy) and knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible). * Solid understanding of monitoring, logging, and alerting using the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) and Grafana. * Implementation of DevSecOps practices, compliance with ENS and OWASP standards, secret management, and secure authentication. * Ability to work under agile methodologies and with project management tools such as Jira or Trello. * Strong collaboration skills in multidisciplinary teams and ability to clearly communicate technical concepts. ***\> DESIRABLE:*** * Knowledge of container technologies (Docker), microservices, and event-driven distributed architectures (e.g., Kafka, MQ queues) will be valued. **If you meet the requirements and are interested in joining our team, don’t hesitate—apply now… we’re waiting for you!!** Our commitment is to foster respectful and dignified workplaces, consistently supporting the professional growth of all employees.
