Profile We are looking for a Technical Architect who, performing duties both on-site and in the office, will act as **Site Manager**. The main responsibilities of this position are: **Technical Office:** * Project planning. * Preparation of budgets and quantity takeoffs. * Requesting supplier quotations, preparing comparisons, and contracting. * Economic follow-up: cost control, margins, and technical\-administrative closure of projects. * Project organization. **On-site Work:** * Supervise and coordinate the proper technical execution of the project. * Coordinate on-site personnel (internal staff and subcontractors). * Collaborate with the Architectural Supervision team and liaise with the client, resolving issues and ensuring smooth communication. * Quality control and compliance with safety regulations. * Manage material and equipment orders for projects. Requirements * Minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role. * Proficient in **Excel and Office**. * **AutoCAD** at intermediate\-advanced level. * **PRESTO** at advanced level. * Valid driver's license. * Problem-solving and organized mindset.
