Assign daily tasks according to project needs and worker skills. Monitor employee punctuality and performance. * Quality Control: Ensure that work performed meets the quality standards established by the project and local regulations. Supervise work execution according to technical drawings and specifications. * Materials Management: Control the usage and inventory of construction materials, ensuring their availability at the appropriate time. Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials and equipment. * Machinery and Equipment Control: Supervise the proper use and maintenance of machinery and tools at the worksite. **Requirements:** * Experience: Minimum of 2\-5 years of experience working on construction projects is required. * Knowledge: Must have knowledge of occupational safety regulations, material control, and construction execution. * Skills: Leadership and ability to work in a team. * Organization and decision-making. * Problem-solving ability and capacity to make quick decisions.
