Job Summary: We are seeking a production operator with experience in ceramic plants to operate dry-process continuous mills and produce atomized slips. Key Highlights: 1. Ability to adapt to the industrial environment We require a production operator with prior experience in ceramic plants in Castellón de la Plana. The selected candidate will be responsible for operating dry-process continuous mills to produce atomized slips used in tile glazes, stoneware, and porcelain. Tasks include grinding and packaging raw materials such as feldspars, quartzes, and sands, as well as mixing clays and kaolins. Prior experience in grinding operations is required, along with valid certifications for forklift and front-end loader operation. A minimum of Compulsory Secondary Education is mandatory. Adaptability to the industrial environment, adherence to procedures, quality assurance, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team will be highly valued. This position offers a temporary contract with the possibility of permanent employment. Flexibility to work rotating shifts enables a flexible scheduling arrangement.
