JOIN ALDESA AND GROW WITH US!** **Location:** Alcudia de Crespins (Valencia) **Position:** BIM Technician At **Aldesa**, every day you will have the opportunity to learn, innovate, and overcome challenges. We are looking for a **BIM Technician** to join our team on a large-scale railway project. You will actively participate in BIM management during the construction execution phase — a project that includes track laying and electrification of the second track and catenary (16.8 km) for the **Mogente–Alcudia de Crespins** sub-section. If you have experience applying BIM in civil engineering projects and managing workflows, we want to meet you! **Your responsibilities:** * **3D modeling** of railway infrastructure (track, electrification, catenary, structures, etc.) and integration of various systems into a common data environment. * **Coordination** of models across different disciplines (civil engineering, installations, electrification), ensuring detection and resolution of interferences. * **Technical documentation management**: linking drawings, specifications, and documentation to the BIM model, ensuring compliance with railway regulations. * **Version control and change management**: continuous model updates according to design or construction modifications, ensuring traceability. * **Preparation of BIM reports, visualizations, and documentation** for the project team. **Requirements:** * Minimum **2 years of demonstrable experience** as a **BIM Technician** in civil engineering projects. * Specific **BIM training** or an accredited **Master’s degree**. * Intermediate/advanced knowledge of **AutoCAD**, **Civil 3D**, **Revit**, and **Navisworks**. * Experience with **Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)** and **Geographic Information Systems (GIS)**. * Experience with **Presto**, **Excel**, **Primavera P6**, **MS Project**, and/or **Power BI** is desirable. **What we offer:** * **Stability:** Contract within a solid work environment featuring long-term projects. * **Continuous training:** Training plans tailored to your role and professional development. * **Flexible compensation:** Transportation, cafeteria, medical insurance, and childcare support. * **Join Aldesa and grow with us!** At **Aldesa**, you will not only find a job but also a place where you can develop professionally.
