Welder (First-Class Skilled Worker)

Description

We are seeking a welder (male or female) classified as a first-class skilled worker to work in Carreño, Asturias. Main responsibilities include general welding using semi-automatic and TIG equipment, preparing the work area, materials, and required equipment, as well as performing quality control on manufactured parts. A higher vocational training qualification in mechanical manufacturing, driving license category B, and a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar position are required. This is a temporary contract due to production requirements, initially lasting six months with possibility of extension. Working hours are full-time: summer schedule from 7:00 to 15:00; for the rest of the year, from 8:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00\. Salary is governed by the Collective Agreement for the Metal Industry of the Principality of Asturias.
