Flexible working hours and results-based time management Job Description Specialized project in NPL (Non\-Performing Loans) asset management within the Valencian Community. This position combines gathering qualified on-site information with active participation in the marketing processes of specific assets. The role integrates operational functions and, complementarily, commercial functions for selected assets, all within an environment characterized by a high degree of organizational autonomy and accountability for results. ⸻ Main Responsibilities – Conducting on-site visits to assigned properties in Valencia and surrounding areas – Autonomous planning and optimization of routes based on efficiency criteria and activity volume – Collection of objective information following the defined protocol – Documentation of property condition, surroundings, and signs of occupation – Occasional interaction with occupants or local stakeholders – Structured registration and reporting of information and KPIs – Identification of assets with potential for resolution – Preliminary valuation estimate of the asset based on market comparables (e.g., Idealista and notarial references), adjusted for key variables and applied under a conservative approach – For selected assets: – Conducting visits with potential buyers – Managing leads identified on-site – Negotiating within predefined parameters – Closing sales transactions – Coordinating with internal teams Autonomy and Work Model – Autonomous organization of daily schedule and daily visit planning – Flexible working hours subject to achievement of objectives and activity volume – Results-based time management (KPIs and completed visits) – Accountability for route efficiency and geographical coverage – Possibility of workload balancing across days (variable distribution of hours) Scope of the Role – No official appraisals are conducted – Negotiations are carried out strictly within frameworks defined by the company – The role combines on-site execution with direct involvement in transaction closings for assigned cases Economic Conditions – Fixed salary: €1,600 gross per month – Travel expenses covered (fuel) – Additional variable compensation: – Incentives for identifying viable cases – Bonus based on activity volume and quality – Commissions for closing sales transactions – Incentives for generating commercial opportunities Candidate Profile – Experience in fieldwork and/or property management – Prior experience in NPL, debt recovery, or the real estate sector is desirable – Ability to perform basic market price analysis – Commercial and negotiation skills – Autonomous, organized, and results-oriented profile – Residence in Valencia or surrounding areas – Valid driver’s license and availability for frequent travel Employment Type: Full-time Salary: €1,600.00\-€4,000.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible working hours * Option for permanent contract * Mileage reimbursement Work Location: Remote
