DESCRIPTION Our client is an industrial machinery company located in the province of Castellón, currently undergoing expansion and workforce growth. They are seeking an **Automation and Electrical Design Engineer** to join their Engineering Department. The primary mission of this role is to design, implement, and maintain electrical systems for machinery lines, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency across all products. **Key daily responsibilities:** * Design electrical systems and schematics for industrial machinery using electrical CAD software (EPLAN). * Select appropriate electrical components (motors, sensors, controllers, cables, etc.). * Program control systems such as PLCs, HMIs, and other automation technologies. * Supervise the installation and assembly of electrical components on machinery. * Conduct functional and validation testing of electrical systems. * Diagnose and resolve electrical issues during manufacturing and testing phases. * Comply with international electrical safety standards and regulations (IEC, NFPA, etc.). * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, software, production) to develop integrated solutions. * Document specifications, technical manuals, and test reports. * Provide post-sales technical support to customers, including on-site visits when required. **What they offer:** * Permanent contract. * Competitive remuneration. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, split shift. * Immediate incorporation. * Professional development opportunities. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field; or Higher Vocational Training in Robotics and Automation. * **Minimum one year of experience** in teams/machinery environments related to Inkjet technology. Electrical schematic design. PLC programming (Siemens). International electrical regulations (IEC, NFPA). Electrical CAD tools (EPLAN).
