Do you see yourself reflected in this description? **These Are the Benefits of Working With Us:** * Full-time indefinite-term employment contract * Company-funded training * Opportunities for promotion and development * A dynamic environment where you’ll participate across various restaurant areas ***McDonald's — The Job That Moves With You*** * Required competencies: teamwork, customer service, and leadership * Availability to work on holidays and rotating shifts * Prior experience in similar competency-based roles will be considered. * Minimum **1–2 years’ experience as a Shift Supervisor**, preferably in foodservice or fast-food operations. * Alternatively, experience in **roles involving responsibility and team management** (e.g., shift leader, coordinator, assistant supervisor, etc.). * Experience in **shift scheduling, team supervision, and customer service**. * Basic knowledge of **restaurant operations**: cash handling, quality control, inventory management, and opening/closing procedures. * Ability to **lead, work under pressure, and make decisions**. * **Flexible availability** (rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays). **Preferred qualifications:** experience in organized foodservice (e.g., McDonald’s or similar) and food safety training.
