**Job Description** At Cest Prevención, we are seeking an HR Specialist. The position is full-time, permanent, and on-site at our offices in Oviedo. **Responsibilities** * Manage personnel recruitment through collaboration with selection agencies. * Manage direct personnel recruitment via job platform communications. * Select the most suitable candidates according to current organizational needs. * Effectively implement the company's compensation policy. * Ensure legal compliance in labor-related matters. * Address and resolve employee inquiries and incidents. * Coordinate with external consultants for employee onboarding/offboarding, contracts, leaves of absence, vacations, payroll, etc. * Prepare reports on labor costs. **Requirements** * Academic qualification appropriate for the position. * Proficiency in software applications and office productivity tools. * Experience in similar roles. * Methodical and organized individual. * Experience in healthcare environments is valued.
