Head Office will support you with clear instructions. Your goal is to achieve the highest possible sales, together with your enthusiastic team and your Regional Manager. Customers are paramount in this process! You will ensure that your store’s presentation remains up to date every week. Of course, you will motivate, train, and support your team members, resolve issues, and act as host to your customers. You will also assist on the shop floor and handle incoming goods.
