We are seeking professionals with a minimum of two years’ experience in configuring, customizing, and developing the platform, with knowledge of the following modules and functionalities: ITSM, CMDB, and/or ITOM. Knowledge of other modules is also viewed positively. **What will you do?** As a ServiceNow Consultant at Devoteam, you will: * Participate in ServiceNow implementation projects, covering configuration, customization, and platform development. * Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and design efficient solutions within ServiceNow. * Configure and customize various ServiceNow modules, focusing on those where you have the most experience—and learning new ones. * Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using APIs and other integration technologies. * Stay up to date on the latest ServiceNow platform updates and features, including new modules and capabilities. **What are we looking for?** * Experience: Minimum two years’ hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and/or developing the ServiceNow platform. * Technical Knowledge: Understanding of ServiceNow architecture and functionality. * Module Experience: Experience configuring at least one of the following modules: ITSM, CMDB, and/or ITOM.
