This position is located in the Process Development department within the **Sales Support** Directorate. The person joining will be responsible for implementing and monitoring various work methodologies across the Field Sales Force (FFVV), collaborating closely with managers to ensure their execution. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Reporting to the Regional Director and DT on analysis of various KPIs * Analysis of results, identification of alerts, and development of action plans to be executed * Training managers on various routines * Implementation of the work methodology and monitoring compliance with the Field Sales Force * Daily collaboration with managers on analysis and action plans to achieve sales KPIs * Generation of tracking reports and PowerPoint presentations * Monitoring compliance with sales processes across the FFVV * Company car included **What are we looking for?** * Minimum 2 years’ experience managing teams; experience managing diverse profiles is highly valued * Strong communication skills * Leadership * Empathy * People management * Change management * Experience and capability in analyzing sales methodologies and implementing improvements * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency with Office tools (Excel, Canva, PowerPoint) * Willingness to travel within the Andalusia region **Do you identify with this profile and welcome the challenge?
